  1. Why Mentoring Matters

Many job seekers in Kerala lack confidence during interviews, which hinders their ability to secure meaningful employment. Mentors are expected to guide and support job seekers in building the confidence needed to excel in interviews.

  1. Who can Be a Mentor?

Anyone who is passionate about guiding others and willing to commit a few hours per month is eligible to become a Mentor.

How much time do I need to commit :

A minimum of one hour per month needs to be devoted for mentorship.

Do I get any Training

Yes. An orientation training shall be given to all mentors. Besides, special training may be imparted to mentors from time to time.

Can I mentor remotely?

Certainly. Both online and offline mentorship options are available

Is this a paid opportunity ?

No. This is purely a pro bono opportunity and no payment shall be paid to mentors.
